Living Water Fellowship
Pastor Doug and Nathalie have been ministering for nearly 20 years. Pastor Doug has been a children and youth pastor and pastor of helps. Together they have ministered to children, youth, young adults and adults. Their desire is to minister God's love and healing to all generations.
Pastor Doug received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in history and secondary education from Geneva College and Nathalie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in pre-med/biology from Oral Roberts University Tulsa, Oklahoma and a post-graduate degree.
Part of their vision for Moon Township and the airport area is to help people use their God-given talents to minister Christ to others in many creative ways. You can read about some of these creative ways here on the website. You can also listen to the message entitled, "Fully Persuaded" (part 1) to hear Pastor Doug share the specifics of the vision.
Ezekiel 47 talks about the healing waters of God that flow from his throne. Pastor Doug and Nathalie believe if the church, which is the people, will allow the living water of the Lord Jesus Christ to flow freely from them, many people will come to know God's love and find their purpose in life.
God has called us to help the needy, the hurting, and the poor, wherever, whenever, whoever, and whatever.
Pastor Doug is ordained through the International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (formerly the Christian Churches of North America, www.ifcaministry.com), Transfer, PA. The church is part of the Northwest District of the IFCA. Pastor Doug and Nathalie live in North Fayette Township with their daughters, Kylie and McCall.
PREACH TEACH REACH
Saturday, January 23rd, LWF "reached" over 50 homeless and less fortunate people at No Walls Ministry's weekly service and luncheon. We were blessed to be able to provide and serve the meal and many lives were touched with the gospel. You can check out this awesome ministry to the homeless on our links page.
In July 2009, Pastor Gary & Pastor Doug went to Bolivia and with the help of a team of 15 Americans and 10 Bolivians they completed a 50' X 94" concrete basketball court, furnished the home for orphaned and abandoned children, worked on outfitting the buildings with gutters and downspouts, and provided 100 pieces of clothing to the children. God was faithful and provided all the necessary resources. You can find out all about this wonderful ministry be going to our links page and clicking on the Hands of Love link.
Our next mission trip is scheduled for July 1 - July 9. We have many projects planned, especially the completion of the boys dormitory and bathroom. The cost of the trip will be approximately $1,500. If interested call the church or visit the Hands of Love website.
